The item you're viewing is returnable with a 25% restocking fee. If you return this item because you decided you don't want it, then you must pay to ship the item back to us and if your order qualified for free or reduced shipping - we will deduct the shipping fee you didn't have to pay originally from your return credit. If your item is damaged in shipping, we'll send a pre-paid return shipping label for the damaged item along with your replacement.
To return an item, you must create a Return Request from your My Account Home Screen within thirty (30) days from the day the item ships from our warehouse. Once the thirty (30) day return window closes, we won't be able to accept a Return Request on your item for any reason. Make sure to place your order at a time where you'll be able to decide whether or not to keep it within thirty (30) days.
If your item arrives damaged, you need to let us know within ten (10) days so we can get a replacement for you. Open every box and check each item as soon as it's delivered. If you wait longer than ten (10) days to let us know about a problem, we won't be able to send you a replacement or issue a credit. Make sure to place your order at a time where you'll be able to inspect it for damage within ten (10) days. You can create a Problem Report from your My Account Home Screen and upload photos of the damage to expedite the replacement process.
Every computer monitor displays colors differently. We can't guarantee a match to the color you're seeing online. If you want to see actual color samples, every collection has a sample kit available to you. We can't offer refunds or exchanges because the color you received didn't match the color you saw on your computer screen.
