The item you're viewing is custom or special order and it can't be returned or exchanged. You can change your mind and make changes or cancel your order for twenty-four (24) hours. But, after that time has passed, you can't make changes or cancel your order for any reason.
If your item is damaged when you receive it or if you're sent the wrong item by mistake, we'll replace your item at no charge. But, we can't give you a refund or send you anything other than the exact item you ordered.
Most custom or special order items are painted by hand just for you. You may notice slight variations in color or finish between items on your order. These variations in color or finish aren't defects, they're part of the natural beauty of a custom made drapery hardware treatment. If you feel the variations are more than slight then you can create a Problem Report from your My Account Home Screen and attach pictures for us to review. If the manufacturer of your item agrees that the color variations are more than slight, your item will be replaced at no charge to you. But, the manufacturer has the final say as to whether the variation in color is a defect or within tolerance. We will not offer cash refunds or exchanges for color variations on custom made or special order items.
Our Usually Ships In times are usually accurate, but custom orders may take longer or they may ship more quickly. Our Usually Ships In times are "Usually" not "Always" Ships In. And, all ship dates are estimates. You can not cancel a custom order if it takes longer than expected to ship.
If your item arrives damaged, you need to let us know within ten (10) days so we can get a replacement for you. Open every box and check each item as soon as it's delivered. If you wait longer than ten (10) days to let us know about a problem, we won't be able to send you a replacement or issue a credit. Make sure to place your order at a time where you'll be able to inspect it for damage within ten (10) days. You can create a Problem Report from your My Account Home Screen and upload photos of the damage to expedite the replacement process.
Every computer monitor displays colors differently. We can't guarantee a match to the color you're seeing online. If you want to see actual color samples, every collection has a sample kit available to you. We can't offer refunds or exchanges because the color you received didn't match the color you saw on your computer screen. While some drapery hardware components may work with several collections, we can only guarantee each component will work with other items within their collection. Use caution when mixing-and-matching components from various collections.
