Shipping Damage Or Manufacturing Defects
You do not need to create a Return Authorization for a damaged or defective item. Instead, create a Problem Report on your My Account Home Screen and we'll replace the item for you.
Color Variation Between Items
When you hold pieces in your hand, you may notice color variation because different materials take paint or stain differently. These variances blend together and dissapear once your treatment is installed in your window.
All Returns Require Prior Approval
Before sending an item back, make sure to complete a Return Authorization from your My Account Home Screen. Returns Authorizations are a 24/7 automated, self-help feature availabe to you once you log-in. Items received without a Return Authorization will not receive credit.
30 Days To Request A Return
You can request a Return Authorization within 30 days of your ship date. Make sure to place your order at a time when you'll be able to open and inspect your selections within the return window.
45 Days For Your Return To Be Received
You must ship your returned items back within 45 days of your delivery date.
Don't Return Open Items
Manufacturers open and inspect all returns. Credit can not be issued for open box/open package returns. It usually takes five to seven business days for return credits to be issued.
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, it didn't fit your existing treatment, didn't like the color or quality, ordered the wrong product in error (ie: not the result of our error); then return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Sending Back Long Items
The return shipping cost on large items may exceed the items value. While many products over 48 inches may be returnable, the cost to send them back may be high. Request a free consultation with us and order samples before purchasing large items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (with the exception of damaged items).
